Our business support package is second to none. Years of practical experience coupled with feedback from our tenants has ensured that we can provide the business support you most need, when you need it, delivered in the most suitable way for you.
This business support includes the following:
- Derbyshire Business Focus Programme – a business growth programme fully accredited through the University of Derby
- Onsite Business Advice
- Onsite Seminars often run in conjunction with EMIN
- Drop-in Surgeries
- Networking and promotional activities
- Undergraduate and Postgraduate learning opportunities through the University of Derby
- Specialist Consultants
At your first meeting with us after you have joined the Centre we will go through your business needs with you. This is your opportunity to say what support you would like. We will work through your goals and put together a plan of how to get there. This meeting is customer-centred so although we will guide and make suggestions, the final plan will be determined by you.
From here we can signpost you through to the various seminars, programmes, specialist consultants and networking events that will help you achieve your goals.
At least once a year we will review this plan with you and revise it as necessary to ensure you are on track to develop your company in the right direction. Naturally, our client-centred philosophy offers you the flexibility to approach us at any time if you have any issues to discuss or if you just want some friendly advice.
