Within greenborough consulting our aim is to provide an independent, robust yet cost effective service to clients seeking to develop, or appraise, significant funded projects. This covers feasibility studies, business planning, bid drafting and post-project appraisal.
Development
In greenborough development we work with a broad range of clients in business development (helping to grow the business), economic development (usually delivering GVA improvements for public clients) and organisational development (re-structuring and organisational improvements).
