Collstream has partnered with the ICM Awards to provide live SMS Text Voting for the Credit Personality of the Year Award. Once the shortlist of candidates had been announced people were able to start voting for their choice by texting the name of the person they wanted to vote for to a short code. All texts were charged at standard network rate.
