Identity Games is an independent games company aiming to sell quality video games on Microsoft’s Xbox 360 console, through its Xbox Live Indie Marketplace.
The company was set up by five eager students from the University of Derby (BSc Computer Games Programming) Alexander Brooks, Mark Campbell, Benjamin Green, Jonathan McCormack and Alec Vickers, who have come together during their placement year with the aim of gaining valuable experience in the competitive games industry.

Alongside producing video games all five students will be studying and working towards completing a diploma in Professional Practise – normally taught through mentors and placements - Identity Games intend on learning the harsh lessons of business and the computer games industry on their own.
Afterwards Identity Games hopes to guide and advise more students in starting up their own businesses at the ID Centre for their own placement years.
