What do we mean by incubation?
Business Incubation at the University of Derby simply means offering a level of support to pre start-up, start-up and relatively new businesses. This support will allow your business to get the best start it possibly can.
We offer high-quality subsidised accommodation, so that you have a prestigious business address, a comfortable and furnished office. A place that reflects well on you and where your customers can visit you in an appropriate business environment. A floor plan is available to download in PDF format.
We encourage peer group support fostered by the proximity of other businesses which share some key characteristics. Incubation Centre's also boast an entrepreneurial environment where confidence can be built and opportunities exploited.
